Zach Collier - Bass

Zach was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN and grew up attending the Bean Blossom Bluegrass festival just a few miles from his home. With the encouragement of his dad and grandpa, he began learning to play the guitar at just 13 years old, but within no time knew the bass was his true passion. He played in various bands throughout high school and began performing professionally in 2019 with the Caleb Daugherty Band followed by stents with Volume 5 and Fast Track.
“I grew up listening to Joe with The Traditional Grass," says Zach. "As a matter of fact, one of the first bands I ever saw live was Joe Mullins & The Radio Ramblers, so it’s super cool and almost like a full circle moment. I’m extremely excited to get to play with these guys and can’t wait to see what the future holds.”
