Howdy!

I certainly hope this finds you kicking high! The Radio Ramblers have enjoyed a wonderful 2018 so far and we are encouraged every time we step on stage and see dear friends like you in the audience. Our fall Southern Ohio Indoor Music Festival at the Roberts Centre in Wilmington, OH, is November 9 and 10. Have you made plans to join us? It will be a grand time as always. For the full scoop or tickets, see www.somusicfest.com or call our new ticket sales number 1-800-965-9324.

This note is just a reminder that we closed out our fan club earlier this year. But, we always enjoyed our breakfast gatherings at the November festival with so much great fellowship. We will still host a breakfast this November and it is open for EVERYONE for only a $10 donation. The Ramblers are raising money for the IBMA Trust Fund. The International Bluegrass Music Association maintains financial resources to assist musicians and others in the bluegrass industry who may suffer a personal or professional crisis. I’m thankful to be part of the IBMA leadership just to serve my friends in the bluegrass community and this Trust Fund helped those in need with over $60,000 in financial aid last year alone.

Whether you attend the festival next month both days or just Saturday, please join us for breakfast at the Roberts Centre from 10:30am until Noon on November 10. The Radio Ramblers will be your servers and our friend and special guest Paul Williams will join us!

We hope to see you very soon, God Bless you, always,
Joe Mullins

"Songs That'll Get 'Em" Available to Radio Now -
Band Wins IBMA Song of the Year, Gives Stellar Awards Performance

Joe Mullins & The Radio Ramblers and Rebel Records are excited to present the band's newest focus track from their hit album, The Story We Tell. Penned by prominent song-smith Gerald Evans, "Songs That'll Get 'Em" is available to radio now and has become a mantra of the band known for presenting songs with a message world-wide for the last 12 years.

The Story We Tell
, released August 2017, is the band's sixth album and most successful to date, having debuted at #5 on Billboard's Top Ten Albums chart (9/9/17) and remaining on the National Bluegrass Survey's Top 15 Albums chart 13 consecutive months. With such an accomplished album to their credit, "Songs That'll Get 'Em" will be the fourth focus track from the project, a first in the band's history of recording.

Of "Songs That'll Get 'Em," Joe Mullins says, "This song hits a few familiar themes that always inspire us; cars, mother, Kentucky, true love, Jesus, and eternity. But it does so in a very unique way, allowing the singer and the audience to make a personal connection. That's the goal each time we go on stage or in the recording studio!"

The band is fresh off a stellar performance during the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) Awards held just last night in Raleigh, NC as part of a week long conference and music festival. JMRR performed their hit song, "If I'd Have Wrote That Song," penned by Larry Cordle, Larry Shell, and James Silvers. Later in the evening, they won their first ever Song of the Year award for the same title.

Radio programmers may download "Songs That'll Get 'Em" via AirplayDirect. Consumers may purchase the The Story We Tell through iTunes, Google Play, and Amazon or direct from Joe Mullins & The Radio Ramblers at www.radioramblers.com.
